Testing the Temperature
Nicola Stevens & Associates carry out selective confidential surveys amongst managers within departments and cross-sector. These surveys are carefully designed to enable organisations to gain the truthful answers they need, from senior managers to grass-roots employees, on issues such as:
• how they and the organisation is being managed as a whole
• how they perceive the vision and goals of the organisation
These interviews are conducted, either face to face, on telephone, or via email and the information gained will be presented to the organisation in a non-attributable report.
Employee Shadowing and Exit Interviews
The shadowing processes, or interviewing, is conducted by external professionals to ensure an independent and objective perspective. As the interviews are confidential and the results are more truly reflective of the interviewees opinions and feelings. Senior management often find such surveys useful as a benchmark of their own performance and it can help capture the real issues facing the organisation.
